Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send the replacement item at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by KaamVeda.com if the product is defective or incorrect.

For other exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
